The product manager organized a couple of group interviews with students in America (aged 8 - 17) to understand more about the type of education tools they use.
Gamify the experience.
Our attention span has become shorter due to the advent of technology. As such, we need to rely more on gamifying experiences to make learning engaging.
A two-way street to learn and grow.
Students often have lots of questions that they often turn to google for answers. We need to provide a way for them to ask the questions they have and get the most accurate answers.
Make it simple.
Our tool should focus on the experience being simple and easy to use for students.
As a parent I want a platform that is safe and conducive for my kid. As a student, I want to learn and feel engaged in the modules I am learning.
